Job Description :
SkyRiver Butterflies is looking for exhibit support staff for our fun exhibit at the New York State Fair. The primary duties are to interact with children of all ages to ensure a fun and safe experience. The Fair runs from August 24th through Labor Day September 5th.
The qualified applicants need to be enthusiastic, energetic and outward going and vaccinated. You should enjoy working with children and have a great attitude about customer service.
Various duties include:
– Admissions
– Butterfly inspection
– Minor maintenance
– Assisting fair goers in the exhibit. Training is provided.
Must be: Vaccinated, reliable, punctual, have a clean, neat, well-groomed appearance (no major tats or piercings) and be able to stand for the shift (there is no sitting in this job). If you are a smoker and need smoke breaks this is probably not for you.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
