SummaryThe Technical services representative is responsible for understanding customer requirements and then applying technical knowledge along with analytical skills to provide advice and support on a range of products with technical specifications and expertise.
Job Duties:

Organizational skills
On time to surveys and technical help with new and current customers
Works within 3-day lead time if no other projects are pending
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritizing based on time needed for completion, project origination date, and internal deadlines
Observes all customer and Imperative Chemical Partners HSE parameters
Attention to detail on surveys and technical problems
Pictures, drawings, write-ups
Fulfills all details listed on tech service request forms
Successful identification of issues at hand
Uses observations to identify possible mechanical process changes
Turns in reports from field visits in a timely manner
Other duties may be assigned

Required Education and Knowledge:

Associates Degree
2 or more years in Technical Role
2 or more years in oil & gas chemicals

Preferred Education and Knowledge:

Bachelor’s Degree
6+ years in oil & gas chemicals
