Help shape and develop the Legal function at the leading EdTech company that is redefining executive education and impacting the world’s most progressive organizations. Our goal is to democratize leadership development for all. We are looking for an exceptional Legal AssistantThis individual will be someone who is detail oriented and excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment. You will provide administrative assistance to the Chief Legal Officer and work closely with the Director of Legal Operations and other attorneys to improve Legal Department processes and efficiencies. This person will assist in preparing legal decks/materials and help organize, document and follow-up on legal meetings and agendas.What You’ll Do:
Assist with Legal G-Drive folder organization
Plan and organize legal events
Manage legal information systems
Support other special projects and project management
Collaborate with other departments and help contribute to cross-functional activities.

What We’re Looking For:
No prior Legal department/firm experience is required, however it is welcome
Strong communication skills
College / University education from an accredited school.
