EVENTS BY RHC IS A BOUTIQUE OFF-PREMISE CATERER BASED IN NEW YORK CITY. Inspired by international cuisine, modern dining and exceptional service, we proudly bring a modern take to event dining. Position Requirements:
As an Event Chef you should have:

Minimum 3+ years’ progressive experience in off-premise catering as a Catering Event Chef or comparable position
Prior experience in luxury, high volume off-premise culinary settings/ quality plating and presentation
Proven effective supervisory and management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients, vendors, staff
Ability to work with a sense of urgency, proactively, resourcefully, and take initiative Understanding of outstanding hospitality and customer service
Ability to multi-task, manage and complete multiple tasks at once
Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
Ability to meet physical demands including extended periods of standing and walking throughout the day; able to lift and carry 30+ pounds, push/ pull up to 75+ pounds.
Culinary degree is preferred but not required
