Administrative Assistants – Hiring Immediately!
Our client is looking for energetic Administrative Assistants to join their established and still growing teams. This is a great career step to build upon administrative skills and to develop knowledge within the corporate consulting and investment banking platforms.

Location: Manhattan, New York
Pay: $65,000 – $75,000
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to a team and individuals
Act as the first point of contact of the company for new and continuing clients, communicate client needs clearly to assigned project managers
Managing and redirecting phones, emails and other forms of communications
Assist with driving organization revenue and project goals through successful management of all operational functions
Taking inventory, managing vendors and ordering supplies
Maintain an organized filing system
Assisting with client invoicing and accounting duties
Managing time and expense reporting
Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
Some personal assistant tasks may be required as well

Job Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
Ability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
Comply with Hybrid or full-time in office works schedule
Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom & some Google Suite Applications
