Job Description :
Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is currently recruiting Entry Level Production Associates for our clients in Delaware County. We are seeking candidates with strong assembly and manufacturing experience to maintain the production and quality of various products and machines. These are contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles that allow for stability and growth. Some of these positions offer a $3500 graduated sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities:

Set up assigned stations on the line including assembly of basic equipment and preparing materials needed.
Perform hand packing and material-handling functions.
The successful candidate will read and follow work instructions to ensure the product meets tolerances and product specifications
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications
Any other general tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

Must possess good hand-eye coordination, identify a variety of colors and shapes, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
This position may require a pre-employment drug test and background check
Must have own transportation
Must be authorized to work in the US
