Medical Call Center Supervisor
A large medical provider has a great opportunity for an experienced call center supervisor to assist in supervising our call center staff.The successful candidate will help create an exceptional employee and patient experience while setting appointments, rescheduling patients, finding the “highest and best uses” for our technology and helping the current manager supervise an exceptional group of people.The ideal candidate is most likely currently a supervisor with inbound and outbound experience with a large call center.
Requirements:
Associates degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising a call center
Consummate professional, trainer, supervisor and team leader
Very strong technology capabilities
Outgoing, friendly, motivated and a solid multi-tasker
Proven track record of successfully motivating others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift

Education:

Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

Call Center: 2 years (Required)
Call Center Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
