Description: This position is responsible for providing Asset Liability Management (ALM) reporting, modeling, consulting, and educational services directly to credit unions. Qualified candidates possess a high level of analytical skills as well as sound understanding of financial analysis and proficiency in problem solving.ALM monitors interest rate risk for financial institutions. As interest rates move, it impacts future cash-flows and earnings potential. ALM allows financial intuitions to appropriately plan for and mitigate these associated risks. The ALM Analyst is responsible for working with credit unions to provide education and report interpretation/consulting on the analysis completed.This Full-Time position is work from home with minimal travel.. Requirements: The Position: The ideal candidate can analyze and manage large quantities of financial data and have familiarity with database concepts. In addition, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Understanding core concepts with accounting and financial reporting is essential.Primary responsibilities include: Develop/maintain proficiency with the ALM software package utilized for Vizo’s ALM service including

Data Analysis & Modeling – Create analytical reports and modeling based on the credit union member needs or requests while ensuring they are complete and accurate.
ALM Reporting – Create and deliver ALM report packets at various levels for member credit unions in a timely and professional manner.

Seeking candidates with:

BS/BA Degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance and/or money and banking
Two – Three years of experience in a financial institution or public accounting OR One – Two years of experience with ALM
CPA or MBA, preferred not required
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements: This is a full-time work from home position. Employees are asked to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status (if applicable) prior to the start of their employment.
