POSITION: Accounts Receivable Clerk


HOURS: Monday-Friday; 9am-5pm

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk is responsible for tenant maintenance in the Accounting system and the billing process. This includes entering the tenant billing information, processing adjustments in the accounting system and fielding tenant inquiries regarding their balances.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain the tenant database in the Accounting system and process all adjustments.
Generate and distribute monthly rent statements for all agency tenants.
Assist tenants and other Concern staff with detailed AR ledgers.
Prepare collection letters.
Record daily deposits in Accounting system.
Monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations.
Special projects as needed.
Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.

A minimum of two years experience working in an accounts receivable/collections position. Accounting degree is a plus.
