Job Description :
Primary Care office in Albany/Loudonville, NY, seeks Front Staff Manager for nine-provider office. Candidate should have experience managing multiple staff in all areas of administrative support of the office including: phones, front desk, medical records, customer service. Candidate should have excellent leadership skills and be willing to work alongside front staff as needed. Responsibilities include:

Supervise and train non-clinical staff
Set up and conduct staff interviews; onboard new staff
Conduct employee disciplinary processes
Work collaboratively with Office Manager to ensure smooth workflow and quality patient care
Review billing issues including accounts receivable/payable
Assist in implementation of PCMH quality programs
Act as HIPAA officer for the practice
Assist with administrative projects as needed

All applicants should have previous medical office experience.
Experience in a primary care setting is preferred.
COVID-19 Vaccination is required at this practice
Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance and retirement plan.
