Job Description :
Our company is searching for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant who can help manage and expand digital marketing efforts in the North American region. The ideal candidate will be able to create written and visual content for use in both online and printed marketing materials, maintain all social media accounts, and manage online advertisement campaigns. The Digital Marketing Assistant will be primarily responsible for creating product content including written descriptions, features and benefits, product photography, and product videos. They will coordinate posting on all social media channels as well as managing incoming messages, ensuring that the customer is taken care of. They will plan and execute online advertising campaigns through channels such as Facebook, Google, and YouTube and be expected to report to the Brand Manager on the campaign’s success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Write product descriptions and features & benefits for use in all marketing materials, ecommerce product pages and videos.
Research and document keywords for each product to be used in copyrighting and updating features/descriptions.
Produce website and ecommerce optimized product images, studio style and lifestyle on the jobsite images.
Create & produce product videos and product training videos for all new product launches.
Visiting jobsites to collect end user feedback and lifestyle photography.
Tabulate end user feedback and communicate to Product Development team.
Create informal videos for social media, especially TikTok.
Utilize Adobe Products (Photoshop/Premier/After Effects) in order to create graphic design pieces for new product launches, and A+ content on Amazon.
Familiarity with using a DSLR Camera, both shooting images and videos.
Create yearly social media calendar for all the platforms with campaign dates, promotional events and tie them in with ongoing events within the marketing team.
Schedule posting for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
Manage inbound social media messages and ensure the customer is taken care of.
Monitor and respond to post comments on an hourly basis.
Regular posting and monitoring of activity on Tuff Club Facebook Group.
Work with ambassadors to expand brand presence across social channels.
Run lead generation campaigns for Tuff Club and social media followers.
Plan and execute online advertising campaigns on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
Provide/Coordinate inbound Customer Service complaints on social media.
Skills & Experience:
CRITICAL: Photography & Videography skills, both in studio and out in the field / action shots.
CRITICAL: Copywriting skills for compelling long/short features & description of products. Being able to creatively explain a product which sells it to the end-user – needs a way with words.
CRITICAL: A strong background of social media skills, knowing & being able to create the types of media per platform. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.
The ability to create a plan and see it through to completion.
Ability to meet project deadlines, multitask and assisting with multiple projects/tasks at same time.
Experience with social media advertising.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable talking to people.
Motivated, detail oriented, creative, and problem resolving ability.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced & growing work environment.
Strong communication skills – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Skype.
Knowledge of Adobe suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, AE etc.
Strong customer service skills and ability of manage product reviews and feedback from social media and influencers.
Have initiative, resourcefulness, self-motivation, and a high level of ownership.
Knowledge of Internet best practices and the impact they have on SEO.
