Job Overview:
TMA is looking for an Account Supervisor with expertise in integrated brand marketing within sports & entertainment to join our agency in New York, NY (preference) or Hybrid. In this role, you will be the critical link between both the creative, account teams and client.
The Account Supervisor is also the glue that holds the account team together – juggling multiple projects at once while ensuring deliverables are met and budgets maintained. Part creative, part project manager, this account role is ultimately a problem-solver at heart that keeps everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Lead client day-to-day interactions and serve as a trusted partner
Own sports property relationships and support team members’ growth in partnership management and building relationships
Proactively manage project timelines, deadlines and workflows. · Responsible for direct conference reports, status reports and tracking of changes, approvals and direction from internal and external meetings.
Guide development of client-facing deliverables such as POVs, presentation decks and program reports.
Ability to analyze program results beyond reporting direct metrics.
Update and participate in weekly status calls/reports with client and agency partners.
Effectively manage and motivate cross-functional and agency resource teams.
Monitor industry trends to support team/client/business needs.
Financial proficiency – budgeting, invoicing, tracking.
Qualifications:
5-6 years of client service experience.
Exhibit strong verbal and written business communication as well as presentation skills.
Solid understanding and management of client/agency relationship.
Collaborative team player while exhibiting a high level of personal responsibility and commitment.
Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks and projects.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
Anticipate potential questions, problems and barriers with solutions-oriented thinking.
Ability to think strategically, stay level-headed and work efficiently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Demonstrate a positive, teachable attitude.
Proficient in Office 360; Keynote a positive.
