Job description
Meet and greet customers with tickets. Provide assistance to passengers as requested or required. Monitors ticket counter & Self Service Check-in queue activity. Assist with the ticketing and boarding process, gates, and baggage service. Responsible for providing ground support for inbound and outbound aircraft. Including baggage handling, mail and freight handling, aircraft servicing, driving motorized equipment, and cleaning of aircraft interiors. 14.00/hr
G2 Secure Staff, is looking to hire a Passenger Service Ramp Agent provide customer service and ground support to passengers as well as inbound/outbound aircraft.

Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License

· Capable of lifting, holding or carrying up to 75 pounds repetitively
