Job Description :
The Funding Store is seeking an Experienced Mortgage Loan Processor for our office located at 380 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY.
The Mortgage Loan Processor’s Responsibilities include:
-Preparing new files for Submission to the Lenders
-Preparing Disclosures to be signed by Borrowers
-Ordering Mortgage Payoffs, Title Reports, Homeowners Binders, Etc.
-Reviewing Loan Approvals and gathering the items requested by the Lender
-Contacting Borrowers to discuss what is needed from them and providing written lists of items
-Submitting Loan Conditions to Lender to be reviewed by Underwriting
-Organizing files and preparing the files for Closing
The Funding Store is a NY, VT & FL registered mortgage broker that uses around 4-8 different lenders on a consistent basis, there are slightly different tactics used to process loans with each particular lender. Our files are 75% Refinance/ 25% Purchase transactions. We use Caylx Point mortgage software. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to multitask, and have excellent organizational skills. A pleasant demeanor working with clients is a must. Knowledge of the new TRID guidelines and procedures is a plus. Please only experienced mortgage processors apply. Bi-weekly payroll, Direct Deposit $22/Hour. Bonus per loan closing of $50 paid after 2 months of employment.
9 AM – 5:30 PM M-F (30 Minute Lunch Break 1pm to 1:30pm)
