Job Description :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior Custodial or Housekeeping experience preferred.
Good communications skills both written & oral.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and Ability to read warning labels
Must present a well-groomed appearance
Knowledge of safety standards and be a team player
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Able to obtain and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deep clean restrooms, stock all supply closets, vacuum gaming tables, remove trash, clean chairs, clean & sanitize all areas around slot machines, clean ash trays and urns, remove gum from carpet/floor
Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, cleaning wood, glass, pictures, doors, tables, chairs, slot machines and carpet
Responsible for cleaning of floors assigned public and employees areas, which includes front and back of the house
Empty trash cans
Cleans and maintain cleanliness of restrooms
Cleans and maintain equipment
Use equipment and supplies properly
Follow established key and chemical procedures
Perform other duties as required
Must be flexible with being scheduled for day, swing or graveyard shift as needed
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively
Must be able to tolerate secondary smoke
Constantly walking and standing
Constant hearing, seeing and talking
Constantly balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, holding, wrist motion, and stooping
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment
Close spaces while working with others
Excessive noise and smoke
Constantly = over 2/3 time Frequently = 1/3-2/3 time Occasionally = under 1/3 time
