Job Description :
This is a great opportunity to be directly involved with Moody’s Analytics’ Structured Finance API solution across various asset classes that we support.

The role would best suit candidates who have strong business/commercial skills and in-depth knowledge of the Structured Finance market.

In this role you will work closely with product/business analysts, software engineers and client service teams as part of the delivery of the product offerings. Responsibilities also include working closely with our sales, analyst and content production teams to support the needs of existing clients and prospects.

In addition to looking after existing products, this role requires developing familiarity with other solutions offered by Moody’s Analytics. The work may involve development of product prototypes to test new market opportunities.

Activities include:

Work as part of product team to support delivery of our Structured Finance API to market.
Work as part of product team to contribute to long-term product roadmaps
Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams (Engineering, Implementation Services, Sales, Marketing, etc.) including: requirements specification, testing, integration with other tools, etc.
Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand clients’ requirements and using this information to refine product strategy.
Support clients and our implementation services teams through product deployments, implementations and advisory work.
Support the sales teams and processes by providing product knowledge and expertise.

At least 4 years in a business analyst position involving products for Structured Finance analysis
Master’s degree in a quantitative field
Technical skills including knowledge of relational databases and working with large data sets
Experience working with third party redistributors is a plus

The Department / Team: The product management team within SAV plays a critical role in developing products and services delivered throughout the US and EMEA regions. This role is a great opportunity to develop our existing product suite as well as new products.
