Job Description :
EagleView is currently hiring a Technical Trainer to join our team! As a member of the Training & Development Team, the Technical Trainer is responsible for providing training on our applications for our clients through various mediums, including virtually and in-person. While much of your time will be spent delivering training sessions and preparing for each training, you will also be responsible for learning new technologies, coordinating details with clients, and participating in content review. Our ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, a background in training and adult learning methodologies, a technical aptitude and strong organizational skills. Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual instructor led training (planned, custom tailored, and ad-hoc) (40%)
Deliver on-location instructor led training (planned, custom tailored, and ad-hoc) (20%)

Create and document new training content for general webinars (5%)
Provide clients with consultative assistance and suggest best practices for account management (5%)
Provide customer technical and consultative support for installation, implementation, deployment integration and troubleshooting (5%)
Work closely with the Training Coordinator to schedule and coordinate trainings (5%)
Review new releases of applications, testing for functionality and user experience (5%)

Assist in creating/updating customer and internal documentation (5%)
Translate and communicate customer technical and workflow requirements to internal stakeholders (5%)
Channel customer feedback on existing products for future product development (5%)

Strong presentation skills, ability to translate complex concepts for learners at all levels
Ability to competently address competing tasks and changing expectations
Strong technical aptitude
Exceptional customer relationship skills
Ability to travel up to 25%

Valid Driver’s license, a clean driving record and ability to rent vehicles in your name
