Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly passionate, analytically-driven analyst to join our FP&A team in this newly created role. Your primary responsibilities will be to perform financial modeling, analysis and forecasting to support key business decisions.

Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts that guide our strategic decision-making
Collaborate with FP&A Manager to enhance and maintain G&A reporting with the goal of understanding and managing spend at the lowest level of detail
Develop and prepare executive-grade presentations and reporting for leadership team and board meetings
Conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends, variances, and performance indicators
Assist in the preparation of the annual operating plans in line with the strategic direction of the company
Create and maintain reporting and dashboards that are actionable for Senior Leadership
Provide ad hoc analytical support to influence decision making with financial perspective.
Develop scalable and efficient financial processes that support the business
Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the organization
Complete special projects as assigned
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a highly analytical field required with 2-4 years of relevant business experience
Proficiency in working with financial models and decision support analytics
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to present complex financial analyses to senior leaders clearly and concisely
Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable priorities
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
Experience in manufacturing/CPG is a plus
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
