Job Description :
The Forum Group is currently seeking full-time Registered Nurses to work with a for a large national non-for-profit organization in New York City who provide care to our most vulnerable youth, our foster care children. This is a unique opportunity that welcomes, new grads and Nurses with their Associate Degree.
Shift: Mon – Friday 11-7p or Mon – Fri 10-6 or Mon 9-5/Tues – Fri 10-6 or Mon 9-5/Tues – Fri 11-7
You will be responsible for, but not limited to;

Assisting with medical assessments
Communicate and collaborate with FNP’s, Case Managers and interdisciplinary teams in the referrals to appropriate medical specialties
Follow-up services to NYC programs
Vaccinations, TB tests
Provide support with creating and electronically submitting TARs for each youth with paperwork for other NYC programs
Create and update information for each NYC web portal
Assist with foster parent, foster family, and employee physicals

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Strong communication and organizational skills – required
Ability to work effectively in a team context
Demonstrated ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and to exercise greater judgment

Pay: $95,000.00 per year
