Job Description :
Blue Rock Property Group LLC is looking for a property manager to work in an in office setting managing properties for the firm.
Property Manger must be able to do the following tasks:
1. Rent Collection
2. Evictions
3. Fill Vacancies and Coordinate with Realtors
4. Pay all Bills and Setup everything on Auto Payment and Paperless Billing
5. CHECK INCONSISTENCIES MONTH TO MONTH Reduce expenses by analyzing monthly expenses and getting suppliers lower
7. Increase rents in each property
8. Pay all Bills
9. Have all Utility accounts and account numbers on one excel
10. Send email to delinquent tenants through Buildium
11. Manually send text to delinquent tenants through Buildium
12. Update all Leases and share in common folder
13. Write checks as needed etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift

Great Neck, NY 11021: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
