Job Description :
Sommet Nannies is seeking a reliable, communicative, proactive nanny to join their family. The family is moving from Western Massachussets to Niskayuna, NY. Two children ages 1.5 and 3.5 (both boys) and hours would be Monday through Friday from 9-5 with some flexibility. 40 hours a week guaranteed (could also offer 35 hours per week if needed).
Occasional weekend hours are available if wanted, car is needed for the job. No travel unless the nanny wants to, no pets, no cooking restrictions, oldest child is done potty-training and youngest has not started.
Screen time is extremely limited!
Oldest child is in school Mon-Fri from 8:30-11:30
Both parents are currently working from home but may go to a hybrid model in the future.*Extra duties: laundry for the children, meal prep for the children, kitchen tidy, basic home tidying and organization, family has a full-time housekeeper
Family would like a nanny who has good judgment, is reliable, communicative, proactive, and takes the role seriously, younger and bubbly, likes a daycare background, can plan a day well, enjoys spending time with toddlers, will become part of the family, outgoing
*Family has a pool in backyard so someone comfortable swimming is a plus, has big playroom in basement
Mom will be in office outside of home most days, Dad will be working from home in an in-home office
Hire-date is ASAP but flexible (July 18th)

Compensation is $25-30/hour but completely flexible for the right fit
