About the Role:
As a member of the Global Employer Brand Digital & Content Marketing team, the Brand Creative Partner will be responsible for driving a global creative strategy that brings to life our employer brand for candidates and employees alike. This role will be instrumental in creatively activating our global Employee Value Proposition in various ways, including but not limited to motion and static graphics, marketing and communications collateral, social media and paid channels, storytelling, and more. The Brand Creative Partner will work hand-in-hand with the Sr. Brand Creative Designer and a diverse team of content and social media marketing managers, recruitment marketers, and analytics experts. They will be responsible for driving an authentic and consistent employer brand experience across all owned and paid digital channels to engage and attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

Drive the development of innovative brand creative, from concept to delivery, on a global scale.
Hands-on creative development for key initiatives and channels; iterate unique design concepts / mockups to visualize innovative design ideas.
Design and execute digital assets for multi-channel recruitment marketing including but not limited to static and motion social media content, career site and landing page design(s), video production as needed, and development of other marketing materials (i.e. e-brochures, infographics, etc).
Apply creative advertising best practices for paid media channels including various ad formats and placements.
Ensure all design deliverables and outputs are aligned with the global Employee Value Proposition and brand book guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

2-3+ years creative experience across a combination of agency, studio and/or in-house
2+ years professional experience as a motion designer or in a similar role
Proficient in motion and video editing, 3D design, and illustration
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Premiere Pro and/or other related design software
An online portfolio including relevant projects and individual contributions

Additional Qualifications:

A passionate storyteller with excellent written and oral communications skills
Organizes, clarifies, and communicates complex ideas quickly, succinctly, and accurately
Has an entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and also work collaboratively on a team
Experience working in social media, Internet, technology companies
Experience and enthusiasm for working in cross-border, multi-cultural environment
