Job Description :
Magnolia River is looking for a Service Line Coordinator to work in the Midland/Odessa area. This is regular full-time employment with year-round work with incredible benefits at an amazing company. Under minimal supervision, the Coordinator collects meter information, constructs material orders, maps and supporting documents, and works closely with the client for scheduling and converting meters to new main.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Obtain and review appropriate maps.
Evaluate the job and collect meter details and addresses prior to project start.
Meet with contractor and client to review job and discuss any concerns they may have.
Log progress and document activities of job daily.
Maintain accurate project records during construction.
Identify age and reusability of meters.
Coordinate conversion date with the client and customers.
Distribute door tags to proper customers being affected.
Complete all paperwork including, but not limited to, material orders, tracking sheets and large meter tracking.
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all incidents, near misses and unsafe activities to the client, supervision and/or Human Resources.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to read construction prints.
Ability to rapidly establish creditability and relationships with a broad range of individuals.
Ability to perform assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Ability to meet project deadlines.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Hands-on construction experience is desired.

Physical Demands:

Duties are performed primarily in an outdoor setting with exposure to changing weather conditions.
Must be able to perform moderate physical activity including somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily productive/technical nature.
Ambulatory across uneven surfaces of a construction excavation work zone and frequent bending at knees and waist.
Must be able to perform work in a very loud, active construction environment.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers and clients. Must be able to exchange accurate information.

Additional:

Must possess a valid driver’s license and able to operate a car or truck.
Extensive travel required.
