Program Manager for our Nurse Practitioner Residency (NPR) Program. Working with the Program Director(s), the Program Manager is responsible for the operational management of the LifeLong NPR. The Program Manager leads the development, implementation, and ongoing coordination of all aspects of the program to maintain a high-quality residency. This includes coordinating individual projects to meet program goals, overseeing day to day operations, serving as liaison with clinical administration, finance and grant departments, preceptors, residents and academic partners, as well as providing support on grant reporting, accreditation, the Advisory Council, orientation and recruitment.
This is a full time, exempt, benefit eligible position.

With the Program Director(s), design, implement and manage all aspects of the program
Communicate tasks, timelines, goals, and other necessary updates to staff involved in programs
Design and execute program project tasks, timelines, and additional necessary program changes in coordination with NPR Director(s)
Lead program implementation and track outcomes by coordinating necessary meetings, keeping all staff up to date on program needs, and reporting to program leads and subcontractors on regular basis
Coordinate program activities including recruitment, orientation, accreditation, and grant reporting
Collaborate with staff across agencies, departments, and the organization
Utilize and prepare data to inform decisions that impact future direction of programs
Identify and track measures pertinent to determining program success
Elicit and provide feedback to program stakeholders
Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
Ensure reporting deadlines are clearly communicated to subcontractors
Apply change, risk and resource management
Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
Resolve programs’ higher scope issues
Prepare reports for stakeholders
Ability to work independently with little onsite supervision using professional judgement and diplomacy while understanding when to seek direction and approval on essential matters.
Commitment to the provision of primary care services for the underserved and clinical workforce development in community healthcare.
Practiced engagement with DEIA and structural competency concepts.
Excellent leadership, organizational, administrative and time management skills.
Ability to coordinate day to day tasks while maintain attention to larger projects
Demonstrated effectiveness in leading projects, meeting deadlines, facilitating teams and working collaboratively with stakeholders in varying levels, including executives.
Clear and concise communication skills – written and oral – as well as exceptional interpersonal skills.
Proactive in identifying problems and working towards solutions with superior analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom and other web-based applications and health information technology, including databases.
Work in a team-oriented environment with professionals with different work styles and support needs.
Conduct oneself in internal and external settings in a way that reflects positively on LifeLong Medical Care as an organization of professional, confident, and sensitive staff.
Ability to see how one’s work intersects with that of other departments of LifeLong Medical Care and that of other partner organizations.
Make appropriate use of knowledge/expertise/connections of other staff.
Job Requirements and Preferences
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in health administration, public health or relevant field.
3+ years of experience in healthcare services or non-profit social services; community health a plus.
3+ years of program or project management experience
Experience implementing program management techniques and methods; multi-agency, multi-stakeholder collaboration.
Experience working in adult educational or workforce training programs a plus.
