Clinical Laboratory Assistant -Full Time Nights

Position Highlights

Work location: Texas Health HEB 1600 Hospital Parkway Bedford, Texas 76022
Work environment: LAB
Work hours: 3rd shift. 7 Days on / 7 Days off. Hours are 20:30 to 07:00

Education
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Req
Other – CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Req

Experience
6 Months experience as a phlebotomist or completion of a one semester course in phlebotomy. Pref

Licenses and Certifications
PBT(ASCP) – Phlebotomy Technician Upon Hire Pref

Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills. Proficient in basic computer skills. Prefer: Venipuncture skills with all age groups.
