Job Description :
Location: Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall
Current position is based in Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall and needed someone with exceptional Customer Service skills with Passion for Coffee. This is a long term ongoing opportunity and to become a permanent member of our team.
Key focus areas of the role include but are not limited to:

Preparing and serving espresso coffees orders for customers using our standard measures and recipes.
Preparing hand crafted beverages, every guest every time to operational standards.
Enter and manage orders into POS device. Gift cards, suggestive selling.
Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area from storage areas.
Maintain cleanliness of counters and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
Ensures proper food preparation by given recipes.
Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the store.
Greets customers courteously and interacts in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards. Serves food neatly and attractively per standard.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
General cleaning tasks
Must have reliable transport and be able to manage parking in the city

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
