Job Description :
Position: Safety/QA Lead – Location: Lee, MA
Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in the construction industry, familiar with OSHA/NFPA 70E requirements and regulations for working around electrical circuits and solar sites and able to talk to that and help the people under him/her stay safe. For the QA/QC/project management portion, I would expect that after a standard is developed he/she is able to walk behind the crew doing the work and remediate as required and provide the necessary reports (progress, hours worked, material usage, etc.) to my team daily/weekly once we establish that cadence.
Will work with a crew of 6 laborers.
Needs to be able to operate a scissor lift – this will be used to access roof. Also operate a lull which will be used to move modules up & down from the roof.
This person should know how and have experience with a torque wrench. This person will go behind the laborers and check the torque on the replaced clamps on the module.
This person will need to provide a quick daily report back to Project Manager at the end of the day. This can be done through email on phone. Simple information such as – how many modules did they replace that day, how many laborers were there that day, etc.
