Ascent has drug product development and commercial operations within its 350,000 square feet area. Ascent has multiple positions available in this area.
QA Associate – Manufacturing/Analytical/Packaging: The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the pharmaceutical field. This position reports the Director of Quality Assurance.
Requirements:
Responsible for ensuring necessary review of Raw material, Packaging Material, In-process and Finished Product analytical reports.
Carry out activities as per daily work allocation by the Supervisor.
Responsible for review of executed analytical validation documents and other control records.
Ensures completion of review prior to submission of ANDA applications.
Prepares document entries in logbooks and other registers online without deviations.
Reviews calibration records of analytical instruments at their respective intervals.
Performs and reviews the cleaning validation protocols and stability samples analysis for particular month assigned on time-to-time basis.
Prepares and arranges executed documents, photocopying of master documents for issuance, including by not limited to other document management activities directed by the Department Head
Other Qualifications:
· Required to read, write, and communicate in English
· Mathematical and mechanical skills
· Flexible to work extended hours when required
· Ability to work as part of a team
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
