Order Management Specialist Opportunities with leading 3D design & manufacturing solutions provider, Hawk Ridge Systems!
Be a part of the huge growth opportunity in design and manufacturing solutions by joining our successful team at Hawk Ridge Systems. As an industry leader for SOLIDWORKS, (the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform), as well as HP and Markforged 3D printers, we are looking for several autonomous Order Management Specialists with either order management or customer service experience. In this role, you will be responsible for processing detailed renewal, training, and service orders in a timely manner to support Hawk Ridge Systems’ sales team and fulfill our customer’s requests, license replacements, and account change requests. This position can be remote, hybrid, or based in any of our Hawk Ridge Systems offices in the U.S. (Please note, should you decide to work remotely, this position will work M-F from 8am – 5pm PST for at least the first six months while in training. Additionally, you must be available for extensive overtime during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.)

WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST ROLE?

High school diploma or equivalent
Autonomous, detail-oriented, and self-driven team player who has a strong work ethic, and thrives by prioritizing, multi-tasking, organizing, and utilizing your outstanding problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, transactional environment
You possess a history of successful order management or customer service experience (mainly, completing and processing orders) and are capable of processing 30-40 orders per day
Strong computer skills are required; (Excel and NetSuite CRM experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
