About the role
The Manager, Regional Partnerships leads a team of Business Advisors who are tasked to mentor, retain and grow our core Premier Agents. This role requires outstanding people leadership, creative problem solving, and world-class mentorship. You will develop partner relationships that drive revenue growth and keep the team ahead of local trends. Recruit, mentor and develop a diverse team to the Leadership Expectations and Behaviors.
Meet or exceed predetermined revenue goals through effective planning, goal setting, analyzing data and forecasting on a weekly basis.
Share progress towards goals and local insights daily.
Lead team to creatively ensure accurate usage and accountability of relevant tools and processes.
Utilize domain expertise of nuances in local real estate operations, compliance, preferred vendors and landscape to drive coaching strategy, tactics, and resources for your team.
Build positive relationships across the ZPA org to forecast sales performance, implement strategy, remove roadblocks, and foster client growth.

This role has been categorized as a Field position. “Field” employees perform the majority of their work in the field, not at any specific corporate or other office location. Employees must live within reasonable commuting distance of their designated ZG office. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute.
In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $84,700.00 – $135,300.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

3-5+ years of relevant sales leadership experience.
Outstanding leader of people – develops people by exemplifying and consistently demonstrating our leadership blueprint expectations
Experience leading a team responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar book of business
Proven track record in a dynamic, high task/client touch environment.
Hands on leader who invests in the development of your team.
Shown ability to train directs on partnering with sophisticated processes and customer types, including multiple decision-makers and influencers.

Solid understanding of CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce & Tableau preferred) Student. You will need to become proficient in the real estate industry and business.
