Director of Food and Beverage Retail Operations

We are looking for a skilled multi-unit food and beverage operations leader to oversee our multiple scratch menu retail locations in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State. Director of Food and Beverage Retail Operations Responsibilities:

Oversight of stores and store managers
Develop and recommend sales policies and programs
Responsible for sales and profitability of all stores
Training and development of all management staff at store locations
Business development and strategic planning
Staffing and personnel issues

Director of Food and Beverage Retail Operations Qualifications:

3 to 5 years leading operations for a multi-unit operation
History of managing independent, trendy operations preferred
Superior leadership qualities
Experience creating systems, plans, and processes
Proven track record of success
Above-average business-related financial acumen

Director of Food and Beverage Retail Operations Benefits:

90k-110k base salary
