Iconic European brand of golf apparel for men/women looking for proactive sellers in the sportswear retail market.
Popular and Quality Sales Responsibilities:
Major markets Including D.I.C.K’s; Academy Sports + Outdoors; Bass Pro Shops; Recreational Equipment, Inc; Big 5 Sporting Goods; Hibbett Sports; and a few mid-sized ones: Dunham’s Sports; Olympia Sports, etc.;
Establish a good supply relationship with all sporting goods stores including;
And push black label premium products into something like Barneys New York.
Neiman Marcus. Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Macy’s., etc.;
Out of season products and silver label collections drive strong relationships to produce results across low-priced platforms including Nordstrom Rack, Saks off Fifth, Bloomingdales Outlet, TJX, TJX Runway, Winners, Burlington, Ross, Costco, Sam’s club, BJ’s;

Coordinate partnerships with design and production to drive customer sales to achieve brand growth and revenue goals.

Work with the Senior Vice President of Sales to establish and implement short- and long-term goals, seasonal plans, growth plans and strategies.

Responsible for ensuring maximum sales by developing product strategies and new product ideas/concepts to achieve current and moving forward goals

Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies against objectives; taking into account ROI.

Collaborate and build strong relationships with senior management of key accounts to grow the business.

Develop new business from non-traditional channels.

Leverage retail sales and direct selling information to identify opportunities, risks and actions, with a focus on customer and internal profitability.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve set goals. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills and competencies required for success:

At least 6 years of working experience in the apparel wholesale industry and extensive sales experience in the sportswear market.

Entrepreneurial spirit with strong business acumen for apparel industry analysis.

Excellent presentation skills to senior management and large groups

Highly organized, deadline driven and detail oriented.

Execute within a motivated and resourceful small team.
