The Ownership Operations team collaborates with partners across Apple to enable customers to receive an extraordinary experience each time they engage with Apple while optimizing sales performance. The scope of responsibilities of the team includes stores’ customer and team programs, commercial performance, small and medium business operations, and store operations field Leadership. Key Cross-Functional partners include Store Teams, Retail Marketing and Engagement, People, Apple Online Store, Retail Design, Development & Merchandising, and Retail Technology. The WW/AMR Readiness and Campaign Manager plays a meaningful role in supporting the execution of Apple Retail key priorities and driving those initiatives as a part of the World-Wide Ownership Operations team. This role will work with a broad range of senior leaders as they lead a team to strategize on and build cohesive annual and quarterly readiness plans and campaigns that both deliver new products and innovations to the field while improving engagement and performance across the fleet.

Description

The WW/AMR Readiness and Campaign Manager is responsible for crafting worldwide strategies, roadmaps, funding requirements, and implementation plans that will ready leaders and teams to deliver new Apple and Apple Retail product, service, and program innovations. This role is accountable for the World-Wide strategy and the AMR execution of the Readiness and Campaign programs enabling an outstanding and consistent customer and store employee experience, and while delivering excellent sales performance. Strong accountability to the business priorities and financial planning. Leading a distributed team of individual contributors to deliver on medium to large size, global and cross-functional initiatives. Ensures geo feedback is sought after and taken into account to build innovative approaches in alignment with the needs of the market. Interacts very closely with the broader Global Retail Support team, Online and Store leadership partners locally on opportunities for change to current operations, in line with the business objectives.

Education & Experience

Master’s degree in Business Management or relevant field or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in Retail operations or related field 5+ years of management experience 20% travel required
