Job Description :
Med-Scribe, Inc. is a staffing and recruitment firm doing business throughout NYS. We are working on a very special position linking pediatric behavioral health patients with necessary services. Do you have a passion for pediatrics? This is the role for you -make a difference in the lives of patients who are suffering from behavioral health issues. These are long term temporary positions, anticipated to last 6 months, with a very strong potential for permanent hire. We are looking for case managers with a background in customer service, and strong computer skills!

You will follow up a patient’s CANS evaluation to provide information about health home options or alternative community support resources. The Family Support Coordinators are the second line of support for children and their families after their eligibility determination is done. This role is phone based, with no face to face contact or home visits.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree is required
1+ years of experience in case management is required.
Previous call center, or customer service experience is required.

Salary: 45K Annually ($21.63/hour)
Days/Hours: Monday- Friday Day hours
