Job Description :
Manager – Product Development
The Manager – Product Development leads a small team of 3 engineers and supervising the design process from concept to production. You will evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues. You are responsible for product design, development, verification and validation of new products. Experience within a growth based organization, and the ability to scale production operations, is highly desired.
Do you have?

3 years in a management role and a minimum of 5 years working experience in project-based engineering functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering or a similar degree.
CAD/3D modeling software experience (SolidWorks experience a plus)
Finite element analysis (FEA) and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) experience a plus.
The ability to identify complex problems and development innovative solutions
