Opportunity
Looking for a results-oriented Controller to build the financial foundation of the company and lead our finance function. Working directly with the CEO and VP of Strategy & FPNA, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing all financial policies and procedures, establishing a strong control environment, and producing accurate and timely financial statements. You will manage all day-to-day accounting functions taking responsibility for the general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

What you’ll do
1. Financial Controls & Processes
Update our clients financial and control policies
(Re)build chart of accounts

2. Oversee staff managing key day-today accounting functions including:
Payroll
Accounts payable
Revenue Cycle Management (overseeing the revenue cycle team)
3. Manage general ledger and monthly close
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements for internal and external purposes
Manage annual audit
4. Partner with CEO and VP of Strategy & FPNA to update budgets and forecasts and to conduct ad hoc analysis, as needed
5. Oversee other administrative functions, as needed
