Job Description :
Administrative Assistant Duties

Assist customers entering the office, show them products, answer any general questions they may have
Schedule estimates for walk in customers if they choose to do so while in the showroom
Answer all general incoming phone calls; forward to appropriate person based on customer’s need
File all completed job folders
Prepare sales presentation folders
Attend and participate in staff meetings
Manage store email customer correspondence
Respond to customer incoming phone calls and voicemails within 24 hours
Enter sold contracts, prepare job folder, ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate
Tender all payments made by customers
Order products for jobs
Confirm correct and accurate orders
Print warehouse tags for physical receiving
Receive product in system with proper locations
Keep accurate notes in system relating to all correspondence of the job
Process final payments
Ensure all literature is full and in stock for sales and showroom

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
