If you are a hands-on Manager who supports IT PMO Operations with WorkFront experience, please read on!

In our well-known global organization all technology projects are managed and delivered through the Global IT PMO team. We are looking for a
hands-on Manager of PMO Operations to focus on our implementation and usage of WorkFront, the online work management tool, to become the source of record for all IT project lifecycles.

What You Will Be Doing

You must have WorkFront experience as you will be 75% working on the tactical side, including some administration and 25% strategically so we fully utilize the product. This is a very hands-on role.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the PMO operations strategy for the Global IT PMO which includes implementation, integrations, rollout, training, and support. In addition you will lead the ongoing administration and user support of multiple WorkFront configurations.

What You Need for this Position

Bachelor’s degree
Experience with WorkFront including administration, reporting and configuration
Experience in project management best practices
Experience implementing features of the WorkFront tool and being a champion with the end-users
– Pluses – Agile methodology experience and other project management productivity tools like Jira, MS Project
