Days/Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m.
Job Description
We are hiring for a specialized Customer Service Representative! In these full-time opportunities, you will provide advanced customer service and support to internal staff and external clients. Candidates should have an Associate’s Degree and prior customer service experience. Qualified candidates must have a focused attention to detail and must be punctual. Does this describe you? Position Details:

Delivers customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues
Identifies investigates and researches user questions and problems.
Refers unresolved issues to technical or professional personnel for follow up as needed.
Diffuses client concerns and notifies management of critical situations to ensure the best solution is implemented
Responds to inbound calls and places outbound calls when necessary.
Maintains an accurate recording of all internal and external communication.
Utilizes multiple software applications in order to respond to all client inquiries.
Performs data entry and maintains strong prioritization, organizational, and professional communication skills.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma required
Associate’s Degree preferred
2 years of customer service or insurance experience
Call center experience preferred
Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
Focused attention to detail
Good communication skills
Self-Motivated
US citizen or permanent resident status
Successful completion of a background check
