We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at our Albany office !

You will greet each visitor with courtesy, answer calls and emails and perform certain administrative tasks. This person will be the first contact with new customers.
More specifically, your responsibilities will be to:

Answer calls from across Canada and the United States and transfer them to the people concerned.
Ask the right questions to customers in order to forward calls to the right departments;
Take messages when the person concerned is not available;
Keep the list of people on vacation up to date so that you know who to transfer calls to in the event of an emergency
Sort the mail and distribute it to the people concerned;
Classify scanned documents;
Assume other administrative tasks that may be entrusted to him.

You will be successful if:

You have a high school diploma;
You have minimum 1 year of experience in customer service;
You are available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
