Job Description :
Do you want to join an upbeat high end eyewear distribution company? Ramassia Inc is a growing company in the eyewear industry and we’re seeking a Customer Service Agent to become an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities:

In charge of answering heavy amount of inbound/outbound customer calls and emails
Placing customer orders, warranty exchanges, and checking order status in company POS system
Data Entry using Excel and SAP system
Assist in administrative duties

Qualification
· College education a plus but not required
· 1 to 2 years customer service experience
· Ability to correspond professionally via email
· Ability to work in a fast – paced environment
· Ability to handle high volume of calls and emails
· Must be a TEAM PLAYER!
