Job Description :
Top US international company seeks an experienced administrative professional with overall office management and computer skills, who is commutable to the Westchester, NY, area, to assist them on a long-term open-ended basis.
The project is expected to last for at least one year or more. The rate for the position will be $30.00 per hour. The project will begin as a hybrid position, i.e., in the office at least 2-3 days per week.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, proactive, and very comfortable speaking with and working with the attorneys with whom he/she works. Suitable candidates will need to have excellent computer skills: proficient in Microsoft suites, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities will include everything from doing a lot of calendaring work for the persons in the office, setting-up weekly meetings, filing, and organizing the office as well as:
· Support 6 Attorneys in the Litigation department
· Schedule Webex meetings and maintain calendars for attorneys
· Arrange Travel
· Maintain Travel and Expense accounts
· Complete and Process Intake Sheets
· Process and coordinate litigation settlement checks
· Update Powerpoint presentations for attorneys for their quarterly presentations
· Prepare letters
· Get mail from mailroom and have mail scanned – get mail and bring it to scanning room.
· Help with invoice processing
Candidates must be available to start as soon as late April.
