Busy OBGYN office is seeking Call Center Representatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Serves patients by determining needs, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, relaying messages. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
Medical office experience preferred.
