Who you are: The Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Talent Acquisition (TA) team with its full-cycle recruitment strategy. This role will play a role in the hiring process from sourcing to job posting to application ensuring a thoughtful, organized, and efficient experience for both the candidate and our internal team.
What you’ll do:
Source candidates, post jobs, and support with the planning and preparation of hiring events for all USHG restaurants
Find resources, new tools and techniques to get the best candidates for our restaurant roles
Partner with Talent Team team to provide a memorable and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and logistics for candidate interviews
Deliver a high level of thoughtful and thorough communication between hiring managers and candidates
Maintain USHG’s ATS and external recruiting platforms
Manage team documentation, reporting, resource files for all programs and projects
Support with ad-hoc projects as needed to continually evolve the talent function
What we need from you:
At least 1 year of experience in a Recruiting or Talent Coordinator role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent collaboration, attention to detail, time-management, and prioritization skills
A passion for hospitality and an eagerness to continually learn and grow with USHG
Restaurant/Retail experience a plus
