Hornet is a multidisciplinary production studio with two decades of experience producing award-winning work.
Hornet is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team in New York, NY. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading the full cycle of social media content creation from concept to posting and will work collaboratively with Hornet’s Leadership, Production, and Animation teams.
The ideal candidate is an organized, passionate, and fun storyteller who thrives on diving in and making things happen. ​​Lead, develop, and launch social strategies and campaigns, flex your content creation skills, and push creative boundaries alongside Hornet’s award-winning animation and production team.
Requirements:
-3-4+ years experience in a social media manager role (2 years consecutively at the same company)-Demonstrated copywriting skills (please provide 2-3 sample posts)-Full-cycle social media storytelling experience—strategizing, drafting, editing, posting, etc.-Demonstrated engagement growth across a variety of social platforms (please provide stats)-A creative mind with a love of storytelling-Highly collaborative and enjoys working with other creative personalities, taking a vision and making it a reality-Proactive and motivated by delighting our internal “clients”—show us how by suggesting how we could have made this job posting better
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
