New York Beer Project, New York’s favorite Destination Brewery is one of the busiest hot spots in Western New York, and we are seeking unique individuals to help us lead NYBP into the future!
We are looking for managers and coaches, who can help our amazing cast provide unforgettable experiences to our guests. Our extremely fun summer party season is right around the corner, so this is the ABSOLUTE perfect time to join our fun Brewery family.
We are a happening spot with many crazy fun events, and along with our growing Management Team, you will be have the fun requirement of helping 50+ employees provide the NYBP culture of “Good Beer, Good Food, and Good Times,” to every guest, every time..
We offer a competitive base salary, bonus that ranges from $50 – $200 – EVERY WEEK, FULLY PAID health benefits, paid vacations, Brewery R&D trips, annual salary reviews, and the chance to grow with one of the fastest growing concepts in the industry.

Responsibilities: Provide knowledge, coaching and training to hourly employees

Ensure that your team members exude NYBP Culture – don’t worry – we’ll let you know what that is.
Serve as an ambassador and face of New York Beer Project
Make guests feel welcome and important
Address and resolve customer complaints quickly
Grow guest counts through exceptional guest service, word of mouth advertising and local store marketing
Ensure “Good Beer, Good Food and Good Times” (hint: please replace “good” with “amazing.”)
Manage traffic flow of a high volume, fast paced, multi space venue.
